Welcoming Solmaz Altin to Hupo's Global Advisory Board

Former Regional CEO for Asia-Pacific and Group Chief Digital Officer at Allianz, and former Managing Director of Prudential's Strategic Business Group - joining our Global Advisory Board.

Today we're welcoming Solmaz Altin to Hupo's Global Advisory Board - and he sits exactly where the future of distribution is being decided: the intersection of distribution and technology.

Solmaz most recently served as Managing Director of the Strategic Business Group at Prudential plc, leading growth markets, health, and agency across more than a dozen markets. Before Prudential, he was Regional CEO for Asia-Pacific at Allianz and Group Chief Digital Officer of Allianz SE, where he led the group's global digital agenda. He has both run large regional P&Ls and transformed them - a rare combination.

That's why his voice matters so much to us. As Hupo builds deeper in agentic AI - driving the cost to serve down until the mass market finally becomes reachable - we need people who know the difference between real transformation and transformation theater.
