Preparation
Well curate a bespoke coaching roster, curriculum and assessment criteria to achieve the specific needs of your organization.
Onboarding & assessment
We'll organize an onboarding session to introduce the program. Coachees answer questions in our app to find their coach and get their manager's input to inform the coaching journey.
Kick off & goal setting
Coachees book the first call with their coach to set goals and develop a plan for achieving them.
Ongoing coaching
For the next 6-12 months, coaches become growth and behaviour change partners via biweekly or monthly sessions to ensure progress on the goals set.
Progress measurement
