• - Sensitive Personal Information: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as health data, racial or ethnic origin, or sexual orientation. You should not input sensitive personal or confidential information during sessions.

• - Service Provision: To provide AI-powered sales roleplay simulations including interactive AI coaching sessions, voice and text-based roleplays, performance feedback and analytics, and personalized learning paths.

• - Professional Development: To help you improve your sales skills and product knowledge through our AI coaching platform.

You retain all rights to your input content. Hupo retains rights to the AI models and platform. Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used to improve our Service.

This Privacy Policy is governed by Singapore law. Your data is stored and processed in Singapore.

We have appointed EU Rep as our Representative under Article 27 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). All GDPR queries from EU Data Subjects or Data Protection authorities should be submitted to eurep.ie via their dedicated form.
